Terms and Conditions
All orders placed with Curiouser Jewellery, whether placed through our online store, or by any other means are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Sales

  • All prices quoted are Pounds Sterling.
  • No goods will be despatched until full payment has been confirmed as received and cleared (if necessary) by PayPal.
  • In the unlikely event that an item is sold to another customer before your order is confirmed by PayPal, a full refund will be given for the individual item, or for the entire order at your discretion. Alternatively, you may choose another item of the same value.

Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders for stock items within 1 working day of your order.
  • All UK orders are subject to a delivery charge advised per item.
  • All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
  • Deliveries outside the UK can be made by special arrangement only. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Bespoke Orders

  • Bespoke orders will be accepted by prior agreement only.
  • A deposit may be required if non-stock items are required to create your jewellery.

Warranty and Returns

  • In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your jewellery, it may be returned to us within 10 working days of delivery for a refund. Note: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • All items sold are covered by a 6 month warranty. Any faulty goods may be returned to us by prior arrangement within this timeframe for replacement or repair as appropriate.
  • Your return postage costs for faulty items may be refunded at our discretion up to a maximum value of the current Royal Mail Recorded Delivery cost for the same item.
  • In the event that we determine that the fault occured as a result of misuse or mistreatment, we reserve the right to return the item as received without refunding any postage costs.
